Membership doesn't extend to treatment performed by outside specialists, and it can't be combined with dental insurance — you're welcome to use whichever option works better for your family. Each plan covers a 12-month period starting on your enrollment date, and any care outside your plan's included services is billed separately at the time of treatment.
